Official bios give you a list of accomplishments, skills and talents. But we all know that kind of a bio barely scratches the surface of who someone is.

I have a few labels I pull out from time to time: Women's Midlife Mentor. Happiness Catalyst. Transformative Coach. Speaker. Artist. Podcast Host. Cat Lover. Closet Mystic (although I seem to be out of the closet at this point).

Over the course of my life I've realized there's a much easier, less complicated and more delightful way to live. It's simple and rewarding. We discover the gifts and abilities we already have as well as the gifts and joy that are ours for the taking in the world around us.

I love sharing this way of being! It so naturally provides us with delight, surprise, fulfillment, clarity and freedom.

I've been where you might be now. Have you ever gotten lost - or just plain tired of - conforming to the commonly prescribed route to a "successful" life? Most of us do, because either we're trying to compensate for a sense of lack from our childhood or we aren't encouraged to do what lights us up.

At my lowest point, I realized the roles I had played no longer felt right.

But then, I heard the wake-up call: Get clear with myself about what really mattered and do that.

Or, to quote a line from the movie, Shawshank Redemption: Get busy living or get busy dying.

Because that's the choice if we're living a life that doesn't align with what's in our hearts.

So I got busy living to find out what made me light up. I went on both an internal journey and an external one. I explored different careers on the "outside" while on the "inside," I pursued psychology, personal development, spiritual traditions, energy medicine, and various creative endeavors.

After literally decades of this adventure with all its self reflection and experimentation, I had that "aha" moment of insight: happiness and fulfillment are so much more accessible and much less complicated than we're told it has to be.

Yes, it does require some self reflection and soul searching, but how else do you get to know who you are and what incredible gift it is to be alive?

Credentials: I've got over 30 years of study and plenty of certifications in the fields I referred to earlier. I'm a Certified Advanced Transformative Coach, a former psychotherapist, energy medicine practitioner and creativity catalyst. I've studied eastern spiritual traditions, the non-dual understanding, The Sedona Method, Byron Katie's The Work, and The Three Principles. I've also got a degree in fine art.

All that to say, I've learned a thing or to about why it's possible to love life, be in flow, and live with inner freedom, synchronicity and joy.

If you're eager to have some of that in your own life, let's talk!
